What is the recommended CI/CD pipeline for Nuon?

QUESTION

What is the recommended CI/CD pipeline for Nuon?

ANSWER

Two patterns — (1) a Nuon repo with GitHub Actions that updates component tags on merge, or (2) app branches that auto-connect repos and keep installs updated. Retool also built an internal dashboard on top of the Nuon API for more control.
