Can customers see and manage their own single-tenant install — not just the vendor?

ANSWER

Yes. Nuon provides a white-labelable customer portal that gives the end customer visibility into their install: app catalog, configuration options, secrets they've provided, sandbox components, deployed resources, audit logs, and the current permissions granted to the runner.

Customers can also turn off the runner or manage parts of the stack directly in their own cloud account. The portal is fully available via API so vendors can embed this into their own admin UI rather than exposing the Nuon portal directly.
