Can egress connectivity from the customer install be disabled?
ANSWER
After the initial install of app in a customer cloud account, the customer can scale the ASG to 0 which shutdowns the EC2 VM and the runner. This prevents any egress connectivity from the customer VPC
The customer can temporarily scale the ASG to 1 to enable outbound access for provisioning and updates.
