No. Nuon is agnostic and pluggable. Vendors can bring Terraform, Pulumi, Kubernetes manifests, Kustomize, Helm charts, container images, and Lambda-style apps. Nuon also supports Actions, which let you define custom provisioning steps that run inside the customer account — useful for things like injecting secrets, setting up service accounts, or calling external APIs without putting credentials in Terraform state.
